Like the running of the bulls, only the bull is getting pulled thru the house by its much smaller boss 🐂 🤣 My little tornados 🌪️🌪️ surprised me with a Father’s Day breakfast with all my favorites as that 7am sun plants that morning kiss. By 8am, the bull turned into a Jabba The Hutt fatty as he dusted off the last of his peanut butter and syrup smeared pancakes while bringing new meaning to the term gluttony. My little girls made my #fathersday the best ever. Their mana and daddy love is so crazy comforting (and nourishing) for this big ol’ Sasquatch ❤️🌪️🌪️

615am and no better way to start off FATHER’S DAY than with a “Magical Glitter Facial” aka Unicorn Poo 🦄 💩 😂 I was hanging in my office by 5am Father’s Day morning waiting for my little tornadoes to wake up - then at 615am heard the stampede of little running footsteps, they busted into my office and they said three things that I immediately knew was NOT going to end well…. “Daddy we have a Father’s Day surprise for you” “Lay down” “This might sting your eyes” 😂🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ I’m a sucker for this stuff - our babies grow up fast and I know a time will come when they’re all grown up and running to daddy first thing in the morning will no longer be this daddy’s reality. I LOVE IT and I’ll take every second of this girl dad magic while I can get it. Bring it on 🦄💩😂 Hope all you papas out there had an awesome Fathers Day 🥃👊🏾

Sometimes I just miss my dad. Wish I could give him my truck or give him a little cash. (my old man was an OG so he was all about that cash;) When I met @Isaiah Garza’s dad, Ricardo - he immediately reminded me of my old man. Hard worker, struggled with hard times, but always did what he could to take care of his family. My dad even opened up a cleaning service, just like Isaiah’s dad. And just like my dad back then, the one thing, Ricardo needed was a truck for all his supplies and to get to and from work. I gave Ricardo my personal truck. I gave Ricardo some cash. I think in a way, this moment with Ricardo, felt like my dad was still here with me and I could make him happy. Got me emo. When I cry, I start to whisper. Love you both, Isaiah & Ricardo. I love the father-son bond you have. Take care of each other. Hold on to that hope. I miss my old man.

From the wrestling ring to the MMA cage. With WrestleMania behind me - my second training camp of 2024 begins tomorrow for my next role, in a film titled - The Smashing Machine. My body’s banged up from Mania, but no injuries and feeling great - ready to go. Starting my MMA workouts tomorrow. I’m coming into this in pretty good conditioning and cardio shape, but MMA is a different animal. And Mark Kerr was a ‘one of one’ monster. I run to this Smashing Machine journey with deep respect and love for all MMA fighters and the culture. Especially those who have struggled with addiction. I’ve lost so many friends (wrestlers) over the years from addiction and mental health struggle - from suicide to, it was just their time to go. This is my love letter to them.
