615am and no better way to start off FATHER’S DAY than with a “Magical Glitter Facial” aka Unicorn Poo 🦄 💩 😂 I was hanging in my office by 5am Father’s Day morning waiting for my little tornadoes to wake up - then at 615am heard the stampede of little running footsteps, they busted into my office and they said three things that I immediately knew was NOT going to end well…. “Daddy we have a Father’s Day surprise for you” “Lay down” “This might sting your eyes” 😂🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ I’m a sucker for this stuff - our babies grow up fast and I know a time will come when they’re all grown up and running to daddy first thing in the morning will no longer be this daddy’s reality. Sometimes I just miss my dad. Wish I could give him my truck or give him a little cash. (my old man was an OG so he was all about that cash;) When I met @Isaiah Garza’s dad, Ricardo - he immediately reminded me of my old man. Hard worker, struggled with hard times, but always did what he could to take care of his family. My dad even opened up a cleaning service, just like Isaiah’s dad. And just like my dad back then, the one thing, Ricardo needed was a truck for all his supplies and to get to and from work. I gave Ricardo my personal truck. I gave Ricardo some cash. I think in a way, this moment with Ricardo, felt like my dad was still here with me and I could make him happy. Got me emo. When I cry, I start to whisper. Love you both, Isaiah & Ricardo. I love the father-son bond you have. Take care of each other. Hold on to that hope. I miss my old man.

From the wrestling ring to the MMA cage. With WrestleMania behind me - my second training camp of 2024 begins tomorrow for my next role, in a film titled - The Smashing Machine. My body’s banged up from Mania, but no injuries and feeling great - ready to go. Starting my MMA workouts tomorrow. I’m coming into this in pretty good conditioning and cardio shape, but MMA is a different animal. And Mark Kerr was a ‘one of one’ monster.
